Hand painted Christmas cards

This year I have painted 7 original Christmas cards in oil on primed paper.  Again they were fun to do, but also very time consuming.  Click here to see last year's collaged cards.

  3. Thanks girls!

To answer your question Sybille, I print them myself as needed, although the print is a 'compromise' rather than an accurate representation! Email your address and I'll send a Christmas greeting in 'Snow Shower'. x

  4. These are beautiful cards. I live just a block from Lake Ontario and it is snowing tonight, very like the scenes above.
I have mentioned your lovely giveaway on my main blog, Fairy Lanterns, with a link back to here.

  7. Your Christmas cards are beautiful.

I think that you might have been secretly wishing for a little more snow... Have you got it yet? It looks like you are going to get a shed load.

    Keep warm..

  8. Hi Julie, thanks. No snow yet - the odd flurry of snow, sleet or hail but everything's clear in our neck of the woods in the far West of Cornwall. Have a lovely weekend, Lesley. x

  10. Wow, they are wonderful Lesley. Aren't you good to take so much trouble. I have loved everything you have created this year and I look forward to seeing lots more in 2011.

So have a wonderful (snowy?) Christmas and a fabulous New Year.
