So many pieces included in this post - 3 or so weeks worth - all small and some that are quite dark, which is inappropriate really as we've been having fantastic summer weather here in St Ives! I've been lucky to spend three consecutive days painting, punctuated by plenty of breaks in the garden making the most of glorious sunshine, in the midst of nature, enjoying summer smells, cloudless blue skies and birdsong. It has been hot, hot, hot!
