Christmas is almost here.
A time to celebrate, a season of warmth, light, reunions, families and togetherness; of absent friends, the bitter/sweet memories of those loved but no longer with us; of 'goodwill to all men'.




I like to think of the words in this Jack Russell quote:

"Good things to do in life....Forgive, Love others, Praise, Be thankful, Give, Take opportunities, Show your feelings, Smile, Hug, Move more eat less, Pray, Write letters, Have you time, Travel, Touch nature, Help others in need."  Jack Russell
