Such glorious weather in St Ives today, in fact, the weather has been good all week - what a difference it makes.  Trees are bursting into life and bright mornings are full of birdsong. It's April! New work to start the month and I think I've managed to find a fairly straightforward way to straighten, crop, adjust colour and exposure and resize artwork images, using a combination of Google Photos and PicMonkey.  For the first time since acquiring the new desktop computer, posting to my blog has been stress-free. Not surprising really that these paintings are rather stormy, given the wild weather we experienced earlier in February.  The sea is still spectacular here, with plenty of surf and off-shore breezes, but so much quieter than a couple of weeks ago - which is very welcome!
