'Devon Sky Magenta'  oil on deep-edge canvas, 30 x 48 inches/76 x 121 cm Custom canvas from TP Timber Stretchers , St Just. Painted by Yours Truly in St Ives. Carried across the border by 3 Lanes Art Transportation , St Ives. Produced in Cornwall for a home in Devon. Although this commission is based on an earlier abstract work (by request) it has 'evolved into its own painting' because I found myself thinking of a recent visit to Horton Gower, Wales and remembering looking across the open, empty beach and Bristol Channel to the North Coast of Devon.
